DIY: Caviar Manicure

Hey guys! I know it's been a while, but I've finally got the internet up and running on my computer again. So I am back with lots of inspiration and ready to blog about it!

Recently Ciaté came out with what they call the caviar manicure, and as I was browsing pinterest I saw so many amazing DIY's that I wanted to try it out for myself! It's actually very easy, and takes a very short time to do.

Below is a tutorial of how I did mine!

Things you will need:
-Nail polish color of your choice (I used Chelly shade #69 and shade #17)
-A top coat
-Microbeads (Available at Michael's or on ebay)
-Paper Plate (To catch any excess beads)
-Small Measuring Spoon

I used Martha Stewart microbeads that I got at Michael's on sale for $7.99!

I used pastel colors for my polish and microbeads, and mixed in clear for a bit of sparkle.

^First, paint one coat of polish with your desired color and let completely dry.

As you let the first coat dry, fill the measuring spoon with the microbeads, over the plate.

^ Paint a heavy second coat, wait a second and dip and press into the microbeads (see below pic)

^Pat beads into nail, making sure the entire surface is covered.

After waiting about 10 minutes, apply a top coat over the tips of the nails to seal it.

And that's it! You are done, and ready for a fun night out on the town full of compliments!

Hope you enjoyed and let me know how yours go!
