A downside to living in South Florida is not seeing a change in seasons. It's the middle of November and it's 80 degrees! (yeah, yeah I'm sure most of you think I'm crazy)! I've lived here my entire life, but have always yearned to see the leaves change those beautiful colors in the fall, and I don't want to give up those colors in my wardrobe either. I love the thought of sequins during the day time, it's fun to experiment with different looks and work it on either the top or the bottom! I also enjoy the thought of updated neutrals such as army greens, so I thought to marry the two together with some classic black pumps!

I added a simple braided UPDO with some fun earrings(grandma earrings as I like to call them) and a bright ring to tie the outfit all together. Viola! Instant fall look for Floridians wanting to make a statement!
I also had the pleasure of spending the day with my wonderful cousin, Katie aka: Kitty the Baker! She wanted to try out a new recipe perfect for a Thanksgiving dessert and I wanted to include it on here so you guys can try it out too! It's a fun spin on the classic pumpkin pie!

Love the way you put the two pieces together and the hair style give it a nice touch so it can go from day to night, love love! Would have love to see what kind of bag you would have wear with it, maybe next time.
